By using https://independentlockandparts.com or requesting service from Independent Lock and Parts, you agree to these terms.
Service requests
- A phone call, text, or email is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it.
- Our standard service call starts at $65 plus parts and labor. Residential emergency service during business hours starts at $85 plus parts and labor. Mileage applies outside Billings. Final pricing is quoted by the technician before work begins.
- We open locks, safes, and vehicles only for the owner or a person with the owner's authorization. We may ask for identification or proof of ownership.
- We do not replace lost automotive keys or program transponder keys.
Guarantee
All of our work is guaranteed. If hardware we installed or a lock we serviced fails because of our workmanship, contact us and we will make it right.
