We answer lockout calls Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Urgent calls go straight to our emergency day line, and we keep flex appointment blocks open so a lockout does not wait behind scheduled work. Most Billings lockouts are handled in 15 to 30 minutes.
We are closed evenings and weekends. If you reach us after hours, our phone assistant will take your information and we will call back first thing the next business day.
