Travel charges and scheduling
Every town on this page is outside Billings city limits, so the trip is charged at $4 per mile from Billings, one way. A service call starts at $65 plus parts and labor, a rekey adds $20 per lock, and the technician quotes the full job before any work begins.
We work Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. The farther out the town, the more a scheduled visit makes sense, so call ahead and we will give you a real arrival time.

How is the travel charge figured?
Anywhere outside Billings city limits, travel is $4 per mile from Billings, one way. Lockwood has no travel charge, and in Laurel the service call starts at $95.
Can you key my gates, shop, and house to one key?
Yes. We can key padlocks, shop doors, and house locks alike so one key opens them all, or set up a master key so you open everything and others open only what they need.
Are you open on weekends?
No. We work Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Calls that come in after hours are returned the next business day.
