Doug McGrail was born and raised in Billings and bought Independent Lock in 2009. His son Quincy joined full time after graduating from MSU-Billings in 2015. Doug specializes in safe work; Quincy leads access control. Between them they cover every lock, door, and safe in Yellowstone County.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed evenings and weekends; after-hours calls are returned the next business morning.
