If a unit has a mix of hardware collected over the years, we can standardize it on one brand and grade so future turnovers are faster and every door takes the same key blank.

Can you rekey a unit the same day a tenant moves out?
Usually, yes. Call during business hours and most single-unit turnovers are done the same day, keyed into your existing master system.
Do you keep records of our master key system?
Yes. We keep the chart of every system we design so additions and changes later take a phone call instead of a new survey. You get a copy too.
Should I rekey between every tenant?
We recommend it. You cannot know how many copies the previous tenant made, and rekeying is far cheaper than a problem later. Keeping every unit inside a master system makes it quick.
Can you handle several properties across Billings?
