Panic bars and exit devices
Exit doors on a business have to open from the inside with one motion, no key and no knowledge. Panic bars and exit devices do that job, and they take a beating. We install new devices, replace worn ones, and repair the common failures: bars that stick, latches that will not retract, and devices that no longer lock from outside.
We install and service Von Duprin hardware and other commercial exit devices, including rim devices, vertical rod devices, and exit trim with a keyed cylinder for the outside.
Door closers
A door closer controls how the door swings shut. When it wears out, the door slams, drifts open, or stops latching, and a door that does not latch is not locked. Most of the time the fix is an adjustment of the closing and latching speed. When the closer is leaking oil or the arm is bent, we replace it with a unit rated for the door and the traffic.

Usually the closer needs adjustment or the strike is out of line. Both are quick fixes on site. If the closer is worn out, we replace it the same visit.
Do you install panic bars?
Yes. We install, replace, and repair panic bars and exit devices, including Von Duprin hardware, with keyed outside trim where you need it.
Can you repair the lock on an aluminum storefront door?
Yes. Storefront doors use narrow-stile hardware such as Adams Rite style deadlatches and hook bolts. We carry the common parts and repair or replace them on site.
